Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
