Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Foxglove West Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
