Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Lumen Timber Auto Group is a Austin company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
