Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the Jackson region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of about 214 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
