Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Foxglove Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
