Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
