Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Ironwood Forge Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
