Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Foxglove River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Austin, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
