Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Stonegate West Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Columbus, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
