Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms.
