Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Wren Freight is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
