Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Stone Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts.
