Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group is a Omaha manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
