Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Ivory Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
