Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
