Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Fox Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with project schedules.
