Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Nashville, TN)

Summit Quarry Telecom Partners is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports.
