Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Pike Manufacturing makes precision components in Milwaukee, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
