Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Milwaukee, WI)

Northwind Loom Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms.
