Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Wren Freight is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
