Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Vale Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
