Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Memphis, TN)

Lumen North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
