Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Ivory Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
