Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Pine Press Group produces print and digital publications in Little Rock, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
