Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
