Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Fresno region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
