Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
