Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ridge Construction Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
