Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Denver, CO)

Summit Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
