Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Loom Markets serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
