Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Timber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
