Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Umber Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
