Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Harbor Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
