Senior Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Pine Press is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders.
