Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Clear Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
