Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Timber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
