Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around St. Louis, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
