Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Spokane, WA)

Summit Beacon Markets Partners is a Spokane retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 938 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
