Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Ivory Foods produces packaged foods at its Spokane plant. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
