Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Quarry Freight is a Seattle logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 550 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
