Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Kestrel Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
