Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets.
