Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (San Jose, CA)

Bright Ashton Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Jose area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
