Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms.
