Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Rook Press Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
