Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
