Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Cedar Ivory Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Milwaukee focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
