Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
