Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
