Senior Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Redstone Birch Farms Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 892 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
